- 2.) We do not refund for change of mind and we are not required to provide refunds or replace any item.
- 3.) If you have received a faulty item, please contact us before returning the item. All returned goods must be sent via a traceable and pre-paid method in appropriate packaging to avoid in-transit damage.
- 4.) If upon inspection the goods are deemed faulty we will provide a refund for the cost of the goods. In case of faulty items, we will also refund the cost of return shipment once assessed.
- 5.) Refunds will be processed via the same method as the customer’s original payment (PayPal/Visa/MasterCard).
